Customer App is designed for people so they can have their Meal at their table without going to Counter or Kitchen
Home Page
POS Customer app contains a beautiful home page with a slider on top where restaurants can run their promotions & 3 buttons on the bottom to view the Menu, Call the waiter or View your order. On the top, it has a settings button for the admins and a language button to change the language for the customer.
Menu
Menu page has all the menu items and a cart on the right side of the screen. Users can choose ant items from the menu and add them to the cart. User can see his total bill, total taxes, total items in the cart and send his order or call the waiter from the option if he needs it.
Functions
Tap the button to send your order to Kitchen.
Choose the quantity you want to order.
Any special instructions you want to send to kitchen.
Your order is placed. It will be here soon.
Customers can view the status of their order or add more items in the order, all new items will be added to the existing order & also make a payment or call the waiter right from the screen.
Pay Now button is to pay the order amount without leaving the table and without asking for a bill. It’s simple like paying on any online store or a website. Customer can simply click on Pay Now button and Pay his order by using his Credit/Debit Card.
This part of the app is very useful for both customers & the restaurant. Right after payment customer can rate the food quality and leave his feedback within the app and it’ll be stored directly into the POS Manager. Restaurant management can see the feedbacks in the POS Manager and take the actions
